Account and Data Deletion
Use this page to understand how online account deletion works and what
users can do with private offline data stored on their own device.
Delete online account data
To request deletion of your online Karma account, email
support@karmaapp.in from
the email connected to your Karma login, or contact support on
WhatsApp at
+91 96646 52978.
Include your account email and a clear deletion request.
What may be deleted
Deletion may include online profile fields, selected avatar data,
leaderboard identity, account metadata, and online competition data
that is no longer required for legal, security, anti-fraud,
billing, dispute, or abuse-prevention reasons.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained where needed for fraud prevention,
payment disputes, legal obligations, proof review history, abuse
investigation, account safety, backups, audit logs, or platform
integrity. Retained records may be minimized, restricted, or
anonymized where appropriate.
Offline data stays on device
Private offline tracker entries, notes, lists, graph data, local
lock data, and exports are stored on the user's device. Delete them
from inside the app, clear app storage, uninstall the app, or delete
exported files from wherever you saved them.
Verification
We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership before
processing deletion. Requests from someone who cannot verify access
to the account may be rejected for safety.
