Refund Policy
This policy applies when Karma offers premium pass, subscriptions, or
other paid features through Google Play or another approved payment
provider.
Google Play purchases
Android purchases are expected to be processed through Google Play.
Refunds, payment method issues, taxes, chargebacks, and billing
disputes may be handled by Google according to Google Play rules and
the user's country or region.
Premium pass access
Premium pass may unlock extra missions or convenience features. It
does not guarantee proof approval, points, leaderboard rank, prizes,
or immunity from review. Premium missions still require valid proof.
When refunds may be limited
Refunds may be limited or refused where access was used, abuse is
detected, proof fraud occurs, terms are violated, the payment
provider rejects the refund, or mandatory law does not require a
refund.
