Updated June 9, 2026. These terms describe the rules for using the Karma app, website, offline tracker, online competition, and proof systems.
By installing, opening, signing in, using offline features, using online competition, submitting proof, buying premium access, or continuing to use Karma, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app and delete it from your device.
Karma is provided by the developer or legal entity identified in the app store listing, distribution page, or official project page. Official support, privacy, legal, account deletion, police, and safety requests must use the official contact published there. We may not respond to unverifiable or abusive requests.
The offline tracker is for private personal logging on your device. The online competition is a separate verified system that uses account, proof, review, and leaderboard data. Offline entries, notes, graphs, and list rows do not automatically create online points. Export/import is your responsibility.
You must be legally allowed to use this app and agree to these Terms. Online competition is not intended for children or users who cannot legally consent to online data processing. If you are under 18, you must not use online competition features unless required parent or guardian consent is properly provided.
You are responsible for your device, login credentials, Google account, app lock, exported files, and any activity performed through your account. Do not share accounts, sell accounts, rent accounts, bypass login, impersonate another person, or use another user account without permission.
You must not submit fake, staged, reused, stolen, AI-generated, edited, misleading, expired, duplicate, unsafe, or illegal proof. You must not submit proof for an action you did not personally complete unless the mission clearly allows team proof. Challenge codes, timestamps, and task requirements must be followed honestly.
Do not upload proof showing or containing private people without permission, minors, nudity, sexual content, graphic violence, harassment, hate, illegal activity, police or official operations, private homes, confidential workplaces, medical details, financial details, government IDs, passwords, license plates when avoidable, addresses, or any content you are not legally allowed to capture or share.
Do not trespass, break traffic rules, damage property, harass people, enter restricted places, record people secretly, create public nuisance, risk injury, perform unsafe acts, or violate any law to complete a mission. If a mission appears unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate in your situation, do not do it.
All online points are subject to automated checks, AI review, human admin review, server validation, duplicate checks, rate limits, and abuse controls. We may approve, reject, delay, reduce, reverse, correct, or manually review points. A submission being accepted once does not guarantee future acceptance of similar proof.
Leaderboards are competitive public features. Display name, rank, points, country flag or country, city if enabled, accepted proofs, streak, and competition statistics may be shown to other users. Do not use profile details that you do not want visible.
You must not use bots, scripts, emulators for cheating, modified APKs, reverse engineering, network tampering, replay attacks, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, fake purchase tokens, false reports, leaderboard manipulation, admin impersonation, exploit abuse, or any method intended to gain unfair points or access.
If we believe you violated these Terms, harmed users, submitted suspicious proof, abused Firebase or backend services, created legal risk, or threatened platform integrity, we may warn you, reject proof, remove points, freeze ranking, revoke premium benefits, restrict online features, suspend the account, delete content, preserve evidence, or report serious issues where legally required.
Premium pass may unlock extra missions, convenience, or additional competition opportunities. Premium does not guarantee points, rank, approval, prizes, refunds, or immunity from review. Premium missions still require valid proof. Payment, refund, and chargeback handling may be controlled by Google Play or the payment provider.
Karma points, XP, levels, streaks, ranks, badges, titles, premium missions, and leaderboard positions are app features only. They are not money, property, wages, gambling winnings, financial instruments, legal proof of conduct, employment records, or guaranteed rewards unless a separate written promotion clearly says otherwise.
Karma does not provide legal, medical, financial, safety, mental-health, law-enforcement, professional, or emergency advice. Missions and prompts are general app features. You are responsible for deciding whether an action is safe, lawful, respectful, and appropriate for your circumstances.
When you submit online proof or profile content, you give Karma a limited license to host, store, process, review, display where needed, moderate, use for competition integrity, enforce rules, investigate abuse, and operate the service. You still own your content, but you are responsible for having the right to submit it.
You must not use Karma to create false evidence, defame someone, harass someone, report false events, organize illegal activity, or hide illegal behavior. We may cooperate with valid legal process, preserve information, remove content, restrict accounts, or disclose information where required or permitted by law.
Your use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy. You must not upload other people personal data without lawful permission. You must not use Karma to collect, expose, scrape, or misuse another person private information.
Karma may depend on Firebase, Google Play, authentication providers, payment processors, AI review providers, analytics or crash tools if enabled, device operating systems, and network providers. We are not responsible for outages, rules, fees, actions, or privacy practices controlled by those third parties.
We may change, remove, pause, restrict, redesign, reset, or discontinue features, seasons, tasks, pass benefits, leaderboards, points, levels, or online services. Seasons may reset. Features may fail, be delayed, or be unavailable because of network issues, Firebase issues, review queues, abuse prevention, maintenance, or legal requirements.
Offline data is stored locally and may be lost if the app is deleted, storage is cleared, the device is damaged, imports overwrite data, the local lock is forgotten, or files are mishandled. Keep your own backups of exported data. Karma is not responsible for user-managed exported files or local data loss except where law requires otherwise.
You must not decompile, reverse engineer, modify, attack, scrape, disrupt, overload, bypass security, access admin features without authorization, extract secrets, exploit Firebase rules, or use the app or backend in a way that compromises security. Responsible security reports should be sent through the official support contact without public disclosure or data access beyond what is necessary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karma is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, approval of proof, leaderboard correctness at every moment, compatibility with every device, data recovery, lack of bugs, or that every fraud attempt will be detected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator, developers, admins, service providers, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, loss-of-profit, loss-of-data, reputation, device, account, competition, or third-party damages arising from app use, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
You are responsible for your actions, submissions, profile information, proof, use of missions, exported files, and legal compliance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold harmless the operator, developers, admins, and service providers from claims arising from your illegal conduct, unsafe actions, false proof, rights violations, or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator identified in the official app listing, unless mandatory consumer or data-protection law gives you rights that cannot be waived. Disputes should first be sent through the official support contact with enough detail to investigate. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these Terms when the app, legal requirements, backend, providers, premium features, or competition rules change. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply to future use, unless law requires a separate consent step. If you do not accept updated Terms, stop using the app.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. A failure to enforce one part does not waive the right to enforce it later.
