Updated June 11, 2026. This page explains how Karma separates private offline data from online competition data.
Offline tracker entries, local notes, graph data, list rows, password lock settings, imports, exports, and private local history are stored on the user's device. This data is not automatically uploaded to the online competition.
If a user signs in, Karma may process account identifiers such as user ID, email address, display name, sign-in provider, profile fields, country, city, selected avatar, timestamps, season history, and leaderboard-related public competition data.
Online proof submissions may include image data, task ID, mission title, challenge code, proof hash, status, review state, timestamps, duplicate signals, AI review fields, and admin decision fields. Do not submit sensitive, illegal, private, or non-consensual content.
Leaderboards may show public profile details such as display name, selected avatar, rank, points, accepted proof count, streak, country or city filters, and season progress. Users should avoid entering real personal details if they do not want them visible.
